ABS Filament

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is a common thermoplastic polymer.

The VisiJet PXL line of materials offers numerous capabilities to meet a variety of commercial applications. 3D Systems’ ProJet x60 3D printers use VisiJet PXL materials set to build strong, high-definition, full-color concept models, assemblies and prototypes for design realization, advanced communication, and prototypes for design realization, advanced communication, and development and production cost reduction.

Printed models benefit transportation, energy, consumer products, recreation, healthcare, education and other vertical markets. Parts can be sanded, drilled, tapped, painted and electroplated, which further expands the options available for finished part characteristics. VisiJet® M3 Crystal

The VisiJet line of plastic materials offers numerous capabilities to meet a variety of commercial applications. 3D Systems’ ProJet 3500 3D printers use VisiJet M3 materials to build accurate, high-definition models and prototypes for proof of concept, functional testing, master patterns for moldmaking, and direct investment casting.

Vertical markets for the ProJet 3500 line include transportation, energy, consumer products, recreation, healthcare and education. Toughness, high-temperature resistance, durability, stability, watertightness, biocompatibility and castability are a few of the key attributes you will find within the VisiJet M3 materials line. Parts can be drilled, glued, painted, plated, etc. Support material offers easy, non-hazardous post-processing and preserves delicate features.

mFlex SHS

 

Powder compound for Selective Heat Sintering (SHS) into plastic parts. Parts are for prototypes only, not functional parts. For best properties, parts should be conditioned in high humidity for a few days.

The compound is a mixture of polyamide and polycarbonate. It has been developed for general use for the SHS 3D printing process using a BluePrinter.
The compound is a free flowing and unpigmented white powder. It is delivered in PE-bottles for mixing with the cleaning station compound and filling of drawers in SHS.

Material from printer drawers can be reused after sieving in the BluePrinter Cleaning Station or similar filter.
Material from cake can be downsized and re-used for some applications, as described in the printer manual. Strongly Yellow discolored material should be discarded.

mCor SDH

3D color parts with 360° HD color accuracy, an ICC color map for the most accurate color in a 3D parts and 1 million+ colours.

PLA Filament

PLA is a tough, high-grade filament, ideal for strong 3D printed parts.

Slightly modified, the filament retains the typical features of PLA but makes it tougher and less brittle.

Due to a low shrinkage factor PLA will not deform after cooling. PLA can achieve a greater range of geometries than are possible with other plastics.

It reduces thermal stress on the printed part, making warping less of an issue with larger PLA parts
